A very important thing to know is your true budget. Are you a cash buyer or do you need a mortgage? If you need a mortgage do you know how much you can borrow? It’s impossible to look for good homes for you without knowing how much you can afford. Finding out exactly how much you can pay for a home right away will save us both time. Allowing us to focus on the right things.
